Terremto Party 1992 – 2001

With a record contract in their pocket, but without the old singer, the programme was rewritten. The first CD “Hirncut” was recorded in the “Ponde Rosa Studio” with Jens Schilling and Achim Fell and released in 1993 on the label Revenge Music Force (RMF). Force (RMF) label. Since the band was very productive at that time, the second CD was to follow quickly. A studio in Frankfurt was also booked. Fortunately, they called two weeks before the deadline. Unfortunately, our label had not told us that it was bankrupt. So the appointment fell through. That was the birth of Hirncut Music. The second CD “Infermezzo” was released in 1994 on their own label. Fire Engine was found as a distributor, which was a good address at that time.
Besides Stefan Meier, Marcel Hunecke now also took over more songs with vocals. This led to a deliberate change in the characteristics of the songs. Perhaps this lacked the uniformity that many people expect from a band. However, it was always the band’s aim to remain musically complex. The basis was always classic elements of punk rock, hardcore and metal.
In addition to a lot of live concerts, the band continued to work on new songs. There were also some releases on various samplers. In 1996 the CD “Egotopia” was released. Again it was recorded in the Ponde Rosa Studios. Mixed at Basement Studio in Essen and mastered at EMI/Maarweg Studios in Cologne. After the very quick releases between one and two years, this time the band needed three years for the next CD. But a lot had accumulated here. In 1999, the double CD “Karoshima” was released. Besides a lot of new songs, the former singer Andre Kröger was persuaded to re-record an old song. On each CD there are also 2 remixes of songs made by friends and musical acquaintances of the band.

Moving Pictures

Everything has an end only the sausage has two

In 2001, the time had come. Due to partly different orientations and beginning stagnation, the band decided to dissolve in 2001. The CD Suiciety was recorded especially for the farewell. The release party was also the farewell concert, which took place on 25 May 2011 at the TUT in the Schauspielhaus Bochum.
